The room layout was cramped, especially the bathroom area, and there was no mirror for people to see themselves.

Most of the staff were friendly. Hotel changed my card 3 times over $1200 too much. Then they returned funds but not correct amount. On arrival instead of refunding me what was owed they offered one complimentary breakfast. Ummm it’s not complimentary when you owe me money. Manager was rude. Couple of times no hot water for shower. Our friends had air con leak all night then had to move rooms
