Staff were super friendly, the rooms spotless with AC and a hair dryer, and the price matched the quality – I’d definitely recommend it.
La Casa works well for budget‑mindful travelers in Yerevan; it’s not smack in the city centre but you can walk to the Cascade without hassle.

The rooms have a great view, so that part was pleasant.

The hotel staff were very kind and helpful. However, we stayed on the first floor and the doors opened straight onto the highway. When we opened the curtains, passing cars rattled into the room. The pillows and blankets were dirty and stained. There were no chairs, only garden stools, which were very uncomfortable. I didn’t want to return to the room. It was very noisy; there was no sound insulation, and we could hear neighbors as if they were in our room. We were very disappointed. The room had no spoons, coffee, or sugar. The communal fridge didn’t work. The promised supermarket on the hotel grounds doesn’t exist; the nearest one is a 10‑minute walk away.
A small, quirky hotel that felt really cozy; the character of the place made it a pleasant stay.

The spot was spot‑on and the rooms felt comfortable – I didn’t run into any problems at all.
