Bagaimana tamu menilai properti ini, aspek demi aspek.
The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. It was nice to have our own bathroom. The instructions on how to enter the apartment and the room were clear, but there was no guidance on how to get into the building itself. We had no idea what to do when we arrived at what we thought was the correct address. There was no sign at the main entrance indicating which floor or unit it was, so we had to contact the host and ask.

The balcony was nice. From all the space, there was no minimum comfort: the mattress was bad, the drain was clogged due to lack of cleaning, the floor was raised causing falls, and I had to sleep on the sofa just to get a minimal rest. Moreover, it was impossible to reach the person responsible for the property; I tried several times to complain and even sent information about the same without success.

The location was good. When we arrived, the parquet was broken and very dangerous. The sheets had a stain, a cigarette butt was on the terrace, a skirt that wasn’t ours was hanging, the door was jammed, a latch was broken. The bathroom sink was very dirty (a dry stain).

Nothing, lack of hygiene – we arrived to dirty sheets and towels. The lack of hygiene and low professionalism were obvious: we arrived and the bed hadn’t been changed (dirty sheets and towels).

Private bathroom and kitchen access. It was unclear how to get into the building and which apartment it was. I had to call the owner‑occupier to get buzzed in because the front desk was closed, and another tenant helped me locate the apartment. An email had been sent but I didn’t see it until later. The room was great except for the door’s “cloudy” glass, so it was private but light from the shared area shone into the bedroom.
