The pool is beautiful, the apartment is cute with a good kitchen for self‑catering, and the views are amazing, with goats and pomegranates on the way to the main building. Day trips to Assisi and Perugia are lovely, and the location is close to the airport and a supermarket in Passagia di Bettona. The breakfast buffet was superb and offered good value. The apartment was poorly connected to the main building and reception; arriving at night and being dropped off at reception made it nearly impossible to find using the hand‑drawn map. I had to walk a dirt path with no lights through the woods, over a fallen tree and a snake. It is also not well connected to nearby locations if you don’t have a car.

The location is truly satisfying. The breakfast is excellent. The room is spacious, the bed is very comfortable. The osteria is highly appreciated for its atmosphere and hospitality, the staff are fantastic, not to mention the excellent wine and olive oil. I hope to return soon; the experience was more than positive. The bathroom faucets were dirty, and the front doors of the rooms creaked.
