The host was fantastic, very helpful and accommodating. I booked at the last minute, and in the morning the host was very supportive, provided breakfast, and even arranged transport into town.

This time I couldn’t go because of family reasons, and a companion missed the bus stop; the hotel staff immediately went to find them, ensured their safe arrival, and charged nothing. I can’t say enough about how good the service was.
