Arena Hotel Aghjabadi

It’s close to the center. The room is large. There’s parking and air conditioning in the room. They provide toothpaste, a brush, soap, a towel, etc. The room fully justifies its price. The renovation in the room is very old. The wall paint is cracked. The carpet is in bad condition, the table in the room is broken. Hot water didn’t run in the sink. The bathroom is very old and needs renovation. The trash bag in the bin was missing. We arrived at the specified check‑in time, but our room was never ready or cleaned. The main door in the room is a regular interior door.

“Hotel plný překvapení”

The room was a pleasant surprise - spacious, light, and fairly well-equipped, except for the laughable kitchenette. We appreciated the bedside lamps, a nice touch given our experiences with other places in this country. We weren't expecting Wi-Fi or card payment, but surprisingly, both worked, albeit weakly. The massive, seemingly underoccupied building meant a quiet room, but dark hallways were a downside. Parking was a breeze.

This place had its perks - great location, parking available, clean bedding, and a working AC. For a modest price, it's not bad if you just need a night's sleep. That said, the room was missing basics like a kettle and fridge. The bathroom needed a revamp, especially with that grey, Soviet-era-style toilet paper - I didn't know they still made that! The breakfast wasn't impressive, so you might want to grab a meal elsewhere to start your day off right.
