I was drawn by the central spot and helpful staff, and the rooms were spacious. However, the first major issue was the hotel's address—there was no marker on Google Maps, so we spent 30 minutes driving around the city to locate it. The pillows and bed were uncomfortable, and the minibar fridge made a loud noise that couldn't be turned off, ruining any chance of sleep. The spa was decent, but kitchen odors drifted in, making relaxation difficult. The coffee at the bar and restaurant was awful.

The room was fantastic and the location was great, and the spa was amazing. The only downside was a bit of noise at night from a nearby party.

The hotel is centrally located next to the pedestrian zone, the breakfast was amazing, rooms were clean and comfortable, staff were friendly, and the swimming pool and massages were amazing—highly recommended.

The old style was upgraded with modern, functional design, creating a fascinating blend of hotel amenities linked by a pool; it offers enjoyment, rest, and the assurance that top‑class offerings and an outstanding location are recognized and integrated. However, the interior, exterior, service, and hygiene fell short.
