“Bom”
The bed was good.
Breakfast was weak.
The staff were friendly and the location was great, but there were several cheap items in the bathroom, the air conditioning units were positioned high above the beds, and the minibar had no water.

Location and service were solid, yet the room felt plain, the shower was a bit cramped, and the bathroom leaked a lot of water when it was used.
“Eles enganam clientes disponibilizam fotos de um hotel e mandam você para outra”
Nada. Cheguei no hotel me disseram que estava lotado me mandaram para outro hotel da rede em Outro lugar diferente, totalmente diferente das Fotos do que estava no booking. O atendente não Teve nenhuma cordialidade comigo. Me dizendo que simplesmente não tinham vaga e eles mandam para outra unidade chegando na outra unidade não tinha estacionamento para meu carro me fizeram perder mais de 1 hora na recepção com duas crianças no carro esperando eles resolverem . O atendente foi super grosseiro me fez chorar tentei cancelar eles disseram que só poderia cancelar dizendo que eu não compareci liguei para alguns hotéis no lugar estavam todos cheios. Resumindo tive que dormir lá mesmo dei entrada às 20:00 praticamente no hotel e saí antes das 10:00hs eu nunca passei por Tanta humilhação e constrangimento
