“Staff make this hotel”
The facilities, staff and decor were all very good, but the price felt slightly high for what it offered, and the coffee machine was so slow that the final result was not great.

The staff were really friendly and efficient, though I found it a bit far from the centre.

The location was great, the rooms were comfortable, and it was perfect for a long university drop‑off, but the experience was marred by the lack of a housekeeping visit during the two nights, otherwise it was very good.

Everything was great, except that the next door room was a bit noisy, but that didn’t start until around 10 pm.

The staff were lovely and the place was clean, but the steam room and jacuzzi were both out of order.
