I found the room very comfortable and quiet, but the bathroom lacked an exhaust fan.

The property sits in an excellent location with an ocean‑facing room that offered outstanding views, and we enjoyed the mini‑golf course near the pool; it’s within a short walk to restaurants, dining, the waterfront, parks, beaches, the golf course, and a short drive to Bundaberg, and the staff—especially Sharon and Craig, the resident managers—were warm, welcoming, and eager to help, providing hospitality that feels priceless. The only drawbacks were a spa in the pool area that wasn’t working very well, which isn’t a big deal, and a broken basin in our bathroom that is already being fixed, so neither affected our stay at all.

“Great unut , great location but needed a decent fridge”

The spot was great, close to many restaurants, and the unit was clean and lovely, but the only fridge was a bar fridge and the freezer didn't work well, so food didn't stay frozen; I expected a larger fridge/freezer in an apartment.

The staff were friendly and the room was neat and tidy, but the bed had a little uncomfortable foam on top of the mattress that wasn’t supportive.

Sharon, the Manager, went above and beyond to make my holiday dreams come true after the booking agent failed to send through my request, and the Point is within walking distance of cafés and restaurants, so we could park the car and just relax.
