The kitchen area was fine and there was free parking, but the bedroom had no light, the power flickered, there was no hot water, holes appeared in the ceiling, everything leaked, and the queen bed had a huge chunk of wood instead of slats; the bunk beds were dirty, with sheets full of dirt, bugs, hair and blood.

Super remote location away from civilization with mountain views. Unkempt, urgently needs renovation! Shower broken, no running water in kitchen, sauna unusable, we were alone at night. We left early after one restless night.

The rustic setup was the only thing good, but the real issue was mice running around the property, posing a health risk; like other reviews, the shower water was only ice‑cold, the bed in room 5 now only has three boards under the mattress, and holes in the floor were tried to be hidden with a rug; the light flickered intermittently while we were there, and we can't say how the electricity behaves because we left before the night due to the mice; the microwave didn’t work that evening, and the staff were not present at check‑in.

Location is very remote and scenic. Buildings have 'character'. General state of disrepair, specifically: Room (#5): - Key was missing at self checkin, promised a quick fix / key that never happened - Light in the entry was missing the pull chain, so could not be used - Window was missing the crank, so could not be used - Mattress was shaped like a taco from significant use - No box spring, just 5 boards under the mattress, one of which was too short and crashed out in the mid

Nothing at all!. The pictures are totally false. The lodge and property might have looked this way years ago. The place was falling apart. We pulled up and there was a wrecked car sitting there. There was water gushing over the drive when we pulled in. We were met by a dog that would not let us to the door which was open to the outside. He was growling at us. A lady came out and asked if we needed a reservation.
