The view was good, but there were no toiletries, the reception was unhelpful, there were no decent dining options, no assistance after 10 pm, no bidet, the toilet and bathroom were separate, and there was no lock on the toilet or bathroom.

The room was very beautiful, spacious, clean, and offered a magnificent view. The neighbourhood is a bit out of the way but well connected by buses and quiet by the beach. The hotel must be very new, perhaps brand new, modern and immaculate. Nothing negative.

The hotel is very modern and spacious with a good sea view. The location is terrible; Busan lacks a wide transport system, and this hotel is far from the tourist area, more than 2 hours from many sites. Breakfast has no Western options, making the stay difficult. The staff lack experience in other languages and don't know the area well. The room had unclean items, and due to policies we had no cleaning service on any days.
