The breakfast was plentiful and varied, especially the cheese selection. Everything was very clean—the rooms, the spa area, and everywhere else had friendly people. I can't think of anything negative.

The family‑friendly atmosphere, good food, and the little touches in the dining area, the very caring, modern, bright, and well‑managed wellness area—even with a steam bath—are impressive. The relaxation rooms are so organized that you can have your own space.

“Sehr schönes Hotel, nur das Bad war wirklich zu klein.”

Overall, we really liked the hotel. The staff were extremely friendly, breakfast was fine, and the restaurant was absolutely fantastic with excellent dinner. Parking is right outside the property and plenty of spaces are available. We knew we had booked a small room, which was fine, but the bathroom was so tiny that we constantly bumped into it and there were no storage areas. On the last day the shower head even fell off. What surprised us: we had initially booked one room, and later added another room of the same category. The second room was very similar, but its bathroom was noticeably larger and more comfortable, which was a bit unexpected.

We had a small cozy double room with everything you need. The rooms were incredibly clean, the staff were unbelievably attentive, the wellness area was small but nice with great treatments from Claudia, and the food was excellent. The only downside was that we couldn’t stay longer ;○)
