“Poderia ser melhor. Espaço é maravilhoso, mas falta cuidados.”

The garden was nice. There was no water, no light in front of our room (it wasn’t there), and a dog’s coconut in the garden.

“Muito cheiro de mofo infelizmente”

I liked the location. The room had a very strong mold smell, which I find unacceptable because it compromises comfort and quality of the stay. On the last day, water was also missing. I understand that unforeseen events can happen and I recognize that this can unfortunately occur. Moreover, before check‑in I asked reception to store our belongings while we went out. I know this was not a mandatory service, and I appreciate that they agreed. However, our items were left on the lodge sofas, in an area accessible to others, without proper security. Among them was a laptop with restricted information, which made the situation even more concerning. I believe these points deserve attention, especially regarding room conditions and guest belongings security.

“Perfeita!”

The location is excellent, and the service was very good from start to finish. When we arrived, there were no bath towels—perhaps they were forgotten or there was another issue—but after a day out in the city, the towels were on the table waiting for us. The whole environment is gorgeous; staying in the courtyard, on the hammock, and everything else was super relaxing and cozy. Denise served breakfast every day, and the lemon cake was a treat!
