Cleanliness was fine, and the hotel’s proximity to the historic center and the port is a plus. However, the location, despite being in the center, is a bit unhappy, near dirty and smelly streets. The welcome was cold, and the responsible guy didn’t give us any information about the city. The breakfast was mediocre.

The hotel’s location is really good, close to everything. The staff were amazing, always helpful and kind. The breakfast was really good, especially the cheese selection, which was by far my favorite. The narrow streets didn’t always feel the safest, and the breakfast could use a bit more diversity. On the last day I found some small insects in the bathroom, and to this day I still don’t know where they came from.

The staff were lovely. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The air‑con worked well. The location is central and the value for money is good. The hotel is a bit down a gloomy alleyway, but it was actually fine, and I would definitely book again.

The breakfast was good and the gentleman at the bar was very friendly. The room was small, the cleaning was poor, there was no reception at night, and the entrance led into a dark alley that stank. The hotel felt odd.
