Les chambres sont pas insonorisé nous avons été réveillé tous les matins par les femmes de chambre qui faisaient beaucoup de bruit

“Frühstück Hot, Lärmpegel Not.”

Trotz dessen dass das Hotel nicht an einem Strand ist, ist die Lage sehr vorteilhaft, viele Shops und Restaurants befinden sich in der Nähe. Das Frühstück hat uns sehr gut gefallen, es gab neben dem gängigen Angebot auch täglich wechselnde Speisen, was wir super fanden. Um den Pool gibt es sehr viele Liegen sodass man eigentlich immer einen Platz sowohl in der Sonne als auch im Schatten bekommt. Leider war unser Zimmer direkt neben dem Treppenhaus, was unglaublich laut war. Die Türen sind nicht schallisoliert, sodass wir jedes Geräusch und jedes Wort hören konnten. Frühs war das für uns sehr unangenehm, da wir oft ab 06:00 Uhr nicht mehr richtig schlafen konnten, das hat unseren Aufenthalt leider sehr getrübt

“Overall was a good stay”

The location was very good and the fact that they had parking was a plus. The staff was very kind and some of them at the pool bar were always smiling and in good spirits. The pool was nice even though we used it only once as we preferred going to the beach. The breakfast buffet was ok, however the coffee from the machine was awful, also the dispenser with the juice offered water as well but was tasting very bad. We had to bring our own water every morning. The wi fi is very slow and not working in parts of the building. The pillows were very hard and our necks were hurting so we had to remove them and sleep without. The bathroom tap would spray water all over the place every time we turned it on

We absolutely loved our stay at Contessa Hotel. What made it special was the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were genuinely kind, always smiling and made us feel at home from the first day. Great location in Argassi, comfortable and relaxed, and a place we were always happy to return to after exploring Zakynthos. Thank you to the wonderful team at Contessa for making our stay so enjoyable. We would happily come back. We absolutely loved our stay at Contessa Hotel.
