We got good value for the price, but our room was next to a smoking area, which caused noise all night from people gathering and talking, plus an unpleasant odor. The hotel should move the smoking area or avoid assigning this room when alternatives exist; we felt it was disappointing.

The room stayed at a comfortable temperature, but I found roaches crawling around.

The only good thing was the location, but the room flooded and smelled like sewage; I received no apology and had to beg for a different room. The staff kept saying they were sold out at 2 a.m., and my husband had just come back from a concert—there was no way we could drive two hours back home.
