The staff were 10/10, extremely friendly and helpful: they always asked about cleaning and other requests, even printed documents on request. Luggage storage was available; after our room was ready, they put the bags in the room so we didn’t have to deal with it in the evening. The booking modification was smooth: because we had to leave our ID, we had to stay an extra day in Rome, the staff cleaned an extra room for us out of the ordinary, and we could take it over at noon (which saved us a lot after a 10‑hour run). We are very grateful. Location 10/10 – Termini station is a few minutes walk, which was one of our main criteria. The rooms are small for the maximum capacity, but exactly what we expected based on photos and description, good value, no negative feelings.

“Oltre le mie aspettative!”

The hotel sits in a great spot close to Termini station and the Castro Pretorio metro, and the room I booked was actually better than the pictures suggested – a newly refreshed triple room with a double bed, a single, enough space for a family of three to move around, plus a private bathroom. It was cleaned and tidied daily throughout our stay, the staff were friendly and helpful, the beds were truly comfortable with fresh sheets and the air‑conditioning worked well. Wi‑Fi was fast and reliable, and there was a mini fridge/freezer in the room. A convenient mini‑market right in front of the building stocked last‑minute essentials. The only downsides were that the TV, although wired, only streamed content, and the bathroom odor extractor was broken with no way to turn it on.

The owner was very kind, our room was clean and renovated. Because of the building’s age, there were pipes and wires that had lost their function and were screaming from the walls, but it wasn’t disruptive. The bedding and towels were clean, soap, toilet paper, shower gel were provided, and there was a small mini‑fridge. The new air‑conditioner worked properly. The owner asked what else we needed and if we wanted cleaning. Overall we felt very comfortable there. You can see the owner’s effort to keep a nice, clean place. What I didn’t like was that it was independent of the apartment, due to the building’s age and the neighborhood’s peculiarities.
