The facility is beautiful and very artfully arranged. We believe a buffet should be offered at breakfast. The lady in charge of service did her best but was totally overwhelmed by all the guests; we had to wait more than 30 minutes for our egg dishes. Also, dogs should not be allowed to roam freely around the tables during meal times.

Very authentic Italian experience. Beautiful decor. Felt like a home away from home. Kind and helpful staff. They had bikes on site that we could use, but we had to pay for them, and the hotel is a good 30‑minute walk from any restaurants for dinner. We didn't have a car, and there was no dinner available at the hotel, so I think it would have been reasonable for the bikes to be available for free in the evening.

The hotel was beautifully located in the greenery and very nicely decorated. The reception for our lovely dog Maya was also great! The pool and surroundings are quietly situated. You can take nice walks in the large garden that features original artworks. However, the hotel would be better listed as a B&B since they have a restaurant that is not available to hotel guests. It is used for events and guests from outside. Given the price for a room, this was a disappointment because we later had to go and no longer wanted to drive to a restaurant. A minimum room service or dishes is expected when booking this type of hotel.
