We enjoyed a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, and the location was superb. The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful, especially Marina, who was incredibly kind and always ready to help, making us feel very welcome. The only problem was the lift, which stuck on other floors several times, forcing us to walk up five floors on a few occasions. Aside from that, everything was great. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

The location is very good, and the room is very comfortable given the space. However, the management is amateurish and chaotic! It’s best to arrive before 2 pm because someone is there, but upon arrival we had to deal with the housekeeping staff who spoke very poorly in Italian and asked for my room number, which I didn’t know! All I had were the confirmation messages telling me my room number. The building access code was provided by Booking, but no indication of which floor the room is on, and no directions inside the building either, causing a waste of time. The tourist tax was paid at arrival and again at departure, yet I received another message asking me to pay again. If you need a taxi at arrival or departure, the street is pedestrian-only, so taxis can’t access the street! There were some defects in the room, such as the electrical outlets near the beds not being fixed, and the room window could not be closed.

The team gave very clear instructions to help locate the place, which wasn’t easy from Google Maps, but their assistance was flawless. Street noise in the evening sometimes persisted very late, but it wasn’t a major issue.
