I was pretty disappointed with the cleanliness of my room - there were used tissues on the floor by the bed, and two empty yogurt and drink boxes on the balcony. On the other hand, the hotel is super convenient, with everything you need right there.

I had an amazing time at this hotel - it's literally on the slopes, and the rate includes ski hire, helmet, and lift passes, which is a huge plus. The hotel's modern and well-equipped, and the ski lift is just a stone's throw from the ski locker room. The weather was chilly, but manageable with warm gear and a mask. The ski runs are perfect for beginners and intermediates, and we didn't experience any queues on the chair lift or gondolas.

We had an incredible week at this hotel - it's incredibly convenient, with a shuttle bus to and from the airport included in the rate. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a cozy wintery feel thanks to all the wood, stone, and carpet. The location is amazing, with true ski-in ski-out access. We appreciated the included ski pass and rental equipment, as well as the daily pass to the water park and hot springs.
