The hotel's proximity to the town centre was a major plus, but unfortunately, the room was tiny and they provided a cot instead of a proper bed. It was a shame, really, because the location was so convenient.

The staff at this hotel were absolutely lovely - friendly, helpful, and made a real effort to make us feel welcome. It's clear that they're the backbone of the place.

The breakfast at this hotel was seriously top-notch - a wide range of options and everything was freshly prepared. Unfortunately, the washroom in our room had a bit of a creepy crawly problem, which was off-putting.

The hotel's early check-in policy was a nice touch, but unfortunately, our experience was marred by some pretty poor service and a few major issues with the room. The toilet door didn't lock and wasn't clean, and the management seemed more interested in arguing with us than in sorting out the problems. To top it all off, they charged us for a full day even though the hotel was almost empty. Needless to say, we won't be back.

The hotel's location was its main selling point, but unfortunately, that's about it. The rest of the experience was pretty underwhelming.
