The banana leaf restaurant was terrible; they served dishes that were cold and from the previous day, kept in a refrigerator, and the waiter even brought them to us—overall a bad experience.

I was totally disappointed by the hotel management the staff was very irresponsible n the cleaning guys was totally not upto the mark…notjing was clean over here. I reached the hotel by 6:30pm still my room was not ready…they said its cleaned but it was such in a bad state again i had too request them to change n clean everything. No hot water was there n they were not bothered to check n it was totally disappointed my trip to ujjain….i don't recommend anybody this hotel…the property is not maintained n the staff is totally not responsible n nobody is there to take care off. Many things cant name it especially the staff behavior 3days i was having booking i had to vacate in two days only n come back to Indore….later while checking out met the hotel owner he said sorry n said me he will reverse back my one day amount but i didnt get it till date

Location and a good restaurant (even though a bit expensive) on site. Ours was supposed to be a high end superior kings room, but lacked very basic amenities like luggage rack, a table , sitting area, proper lighting etc. Also the bath room was raised by more than afoot from the room floor area. This was extremely difficult for seniors to climb up and down. Also the water look more than 30mins to drain completely after a bath. Coupled with this issue was an old and noisy air conditioner
