The hotel sits just minutes from Iconsiam, which is convenient. Because there’s no restaurant on site, we had to order dinner through Grab. The room had a hot water kettle, but no coffee, tea, or tissues were supplied. There was no breakfast buffet; instead, we were offered a very short menu of set meals, and the food arrived cold. The room wasn’t soundproof, so we could hear cars and BTS trains outside.

The hotel is right on the highway, so traffic noise is constant. The rooms are very small with low ceilings, making them feel cramped. The bathroom is outdated, the air conditioner is too small for the room, and the toilet wouldn’t flush properly. Breakfast seemed to have been prepared early and left out; by the time it was served, it was cold and unappetizing. Overall, the property needs updates.
