“Relaxing, quiet, and enjoyable!”

They set up my room for my birthday, which was really nice, and I felt appreciated and seen when I asked about special services; they even chose a sweet peach wine from Cupcake that I’ll now be buying, though I forgot to mention my preferred wine. The breakfast was okay, but the egg omelet and bacon weren’t available until my last day, so I missed enjoying them; a few TV channels, including BET, were missing, which seemed odd.

“Worth the stay. They’re doing hotels right”

The location was great, breakfast was solid with many options, I liked the gym, free laundry (just buy detergent), and the basketball court where I shot some hoops; staff were friendly, the room had an odd smell that wasn’t bad but didn’t feel clean, and the kitchenette, dishwasher, and microwave were useful. All in all, everything was good and I’d definitely stay again.

The concept was nice, but the fridge leaked and water dripped from upstairs.

“The Customer Service front desk were nice. The breakfast people were very nice but the outlet in the room need to be rep”

I found the place spotless and the food great, but the room stayed uncomfortably cool even after the thermostat was switched off.
