The bathrooms were dirty, just like the public restrooms, and when an AC leak happened I fell into a puddle, twisted my ankle, and went to the hospital; the staff had an indifferent attitude even though it was their fault.

I didn't get a fridge or a hair dryer, and the damage under all the mirrors hasn't been fixed yet; the drinking water provision was totally unacceptable.
