We loved the nice view of the lake, but it was a shame there was no path to walk around it. We were previously warned that the restaurant would close at 8.30pm on the second night of our stay, but didn't realize how closed down the hotel would be; there was no one at the reception desk or anywhere to get a drink.

Everything! We were traveling with our two little dogs, got an upgrade with a lake view, and the dogs received blankets and bowls. The terraces were lovely, the breakfast buffet great, and the staff super friendly. We can only warmly recommend this hotel.

We stayed in the Wellness‑Suite for three nights with my wife, driving from Zürich in about an hour, and it was definitely worth it. Parking was ample. The Finnish sauna was very good and easy to use—just turn it on and off. The view was also very nice. From the start we felt very welcome and well taken care of. The food and service in the restaurant were also very good. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would love to return.
