The shower head blasted a lot of water, yet the hotel ran out of coffee for more than a week and never fixed it—how could breakfast be served without coffee? The mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable, the hallway carpet was ripped and unsafe, the whole place was dirty and stank, and it felt like a monthly‑stay hotel that made me feel unsafe.

Customer service and breakfast were nice, the room and sheets were fairly clean, and the bathroom and bath towels were good. However, the first‑floor hallway carpet was disgusting, the second‑floor hallway had empty bottles and garbage on the floor, the elevator button on the second floor was broken so we had to take the stairs every time we left the room, and there was literally no soundproofing—every utterance or toilet flush could be heard.
