The mattress and pillows were old and worn, and there were no fresh linens. The shower was broken, and the location was awful. At 90 euros per night for two people, you expect better.

The walls were thick and there was a musty smell. It made the room feel stuffy.

The location was convenient for our next day's plans, but the room was a nightmare: dirty, smelling bad, and the sheets were filthy even though the beds were made. We left, booked another hotel, and requested a refund, sending a video of the conditions. The owners reacted angrily, accusing us of lying and claiming we stayed there and caused damage, even though the reception was closed when we arrived.
