It’s an excellent spot for anyone wanting to explore Aquileia and the surrounding area. Don’t compare it to a hotel; instead, enjoy the fresh air, quiet, terrace, delicious breakfast, garden, pool, free bicycles, proximity to Grado, and the great restaurants and wineries. The monuments of Aquileia, Grado, and Cividale are magnificent, and the seaside is also easily reachable. Plus there’s a fantastic tennis court with a special flexible concrete surface. The only downside is that a soap dispenser would be useful in the pool.

This was a perfect stay with excellent facilities, and Sabrina was really welcoming. We especially enjoyed the free bikes, using them to visit Grado and the nature reserve with flamingos. Overall we loved our stay.
