“Tolle Lage mit ein paar Schönheitsfehlern”

The location is great, the furnishings practical, and the late check‑in was smooth with helpful WhatsApp support. However, there were several mosquitoes in the room (the wall had many crushed ones), the room wasn’t fully clean (hair on the bed), and the bathroom had a strong odor.

Posizione ottima, ottimo servizio di reception oltre orario. Forse non avevo capito io o, al momento della prenotazione non l'ho trovato scritto, non viene effettuata la pulizia della camera se non con una spesa aggiuntiva, In bagno c'è bidet, peccato che la struttura non preveda la fornitura di sarviette dedicate. Siamo arrivati alle 22.00 circa, speravamo in un caffè ma, avevamo macchinetta con capsule non compatibili, il giorno dopo in prima istanza ci veniva detto che spiacenti ma non ne avevano di compatibili, il giorno seguente dopo sfuriata telefonica per sarviette, pulizie, odori dal ristorante sottostante, rumori della cappa aspirante, che non permettevano apertura delle finestre, oltre alla pulizia della camera, sono comparse anche capsule compatibili e, le scuse per la camera sopra cucina ristorante. Guanciali pessimi, set di cortesia inesistente se non per due monodose di doccia schiuma per il totale dei pernottamenti. Direi che i quasi €450.00, tassa di soggiorno compresa, per 3 notti assolutamente non li vale

“5 von 10 Stadt ist aber toll”

I had read before that the small balcony couldn’t be used when the restaurant was cooking, so it made no sense to open the windows; it didn’t work, but if that doesn’t bother you it’s fine. The app system isn’t my thing either. The location is 10/10.
