The hotel doesn’t serve breakfast, but the front desk offered to send someone to pick it up from a nearby restaurant, which I declined. There was only one chair in the room, no water glasses or cups, and the TV wasn’t working.

The place was spotless, which was great, but there weren't many extras to speak of. Had to wait ages after ordering stuff, and to make matters worse, breakfast was supposed to be included but I didn't get it on the first day. Overall, it was an okay stay, but a few things could've been better.

I was literally seeing cockroaches roaming around, which was pretty gross. The cleanliness of the place was definitely not up to par. Not exactly what I'm looking for in a hotel, if you know what I mean.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, which was a big plus. However, I wasn't too thrilled about the approach to the room - it's on the 3rd floor and didn't exactly have the best access. Could've been better, I guess.
