The location was great and the building was very well maintained and new, but there was a bit of disorganization in handling check‑in and check‑out

I really liked the stay, the place was very clean and the staff who welcomed us were very attentive. What I didn’t like was the bed – the mattress was too thin and sagged in the middle, which was the most important thing for rest since we had to leave early the next day.

The place was clean, had a small fridge and air conditioning, which was crucial in summer. The check‑in was poorly managed: you arrive at the building and only see a tiny sign with a number that didn’t match the website, and there were no clear directions. We had to call for someone to open the door, and it took 40 minutes to arrive; after calling again at the 20‑minute mark because no one was there, we still had to wait. The worst part was that the shower had a loose screw – we didn’t even notice it – and when we went out for a walk, we came back to find that someone had entered our room and moved all our belongings without permission while we were gone to fix it.
