The place is full of really old houses on stilts, which is interesting, but it’s tucked away in the middle of nowhere. The only nearby eatery is a restaurant under a bridge overlooking the canal, and the food there is good. Tides come in and out several times a day, and the beach isn’t even on the first line, so there’s nowhere to swim. It takes about 20 minutes by taxi to reach the beach. The pool was dirty and there was cobweb everywhere. We booked for four nights but left after one day, and the money was not refunded. I would not recommend this at all.
