Honestly, this is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The property is huge, clean, green, and quiet. The villas are spacious and bright. The staff are very friendly, and I liked everything.

It’s beautiful and peaceful. We ordered a dessert through room service, and the service charge was almost as much as the dessert itself; we should have been told about this fee so we could have decided ourselves.

A wonderful hotel, the friendliest staff in the world, and an excellent breakfast with fresh juice. The grounds are lush and green, creating a very pleasant and relaxing atmosphere.

O quarto era limpo e confortável. O pequeno almoço era soberbo. Perfeito mesmo. Demorei mais de 1h a fazer o check-in. Foi-me inicialmente dado um “upgrade” para uma Villa nada a ver com o que tinha reservado sem qualquer aviso. Não houve acompanhamento nenhum. Depois de falar com a receção, mudaram-me de quarto. No então, eu tinha pedido cama de casal e, apesar de já terem aceite o pedido, não estava feita. Tive de esperar mais. Os funcionários eram ativos mas não eram proativos na resolução de problemas nem no serviço. A piscina é muito barulhenta
