The reception lady was incredibly friendly, but overall there were some unpleasant aspects.

The room was clean but had a lingering cigarette smell, and at breakfast the omelette, bacon, and sausages were cold.

The breakfast was very bad; two coffee machines were broken, so we were served at the bar. The breakfast room was not bright enough and the food was presented unappetizingly. In short, it was not nice. The hotel is certainly not worth a 4‑star rating, probably only a 2‑star. Unfortunately many false positive reviews were posted, which are completely untrue—perhaps by the operators themselves. The room was primitively furnished, the air‑conditioning was improvised and very loud. The plastic shower cabin was makeshift, the bathroom very dark and the lighting weak. The carpeted floor was full of stains, etc.
