I woke up to a lot of noise, no windows at all, and we barely slept; the next day we walked around like zombies.

My stay here was a mixed experience. On the plus side, the hotel's location and facilities made it very convenient for me to work on my USA visa application and attend my biometrics appointment. However, I was put off by the strong smell of tobacco smoke in the room, and I also had a bit of a scare when I slipped on the bathroom door mat, which was surprisingly slippery - a non-slip mat would have been a big improvement.
