“Felt like home:)))”
The hotel in the heart of Nurnberg is excellent, the staff were super accommodating, it was truly a great experience, spotless, a small family hotel. Loved it! Nothing to complain about, it’s wonderful!

Hotel Drei Raben, a 4‑star design hotel in Nuremberg, sits opposite the Neues Museum and within a 3‑minute walk of Lorenzkirche and a 5‑minute walk to Hauptbahnhof. Its rooms blend modern comfort with myth‑inspired themes, while the lounge offers a colorful breakfast buffet and evening wine tastings. Professional and friendly staff.

I stayed at this place in the city center, right next to the train station and close to a lot of restaurants and museums. The staff were friendly and the service was good.

I booked Hotel Drei Raben for August 2026 and left the same night after finding two different rooms with unacceptable conditions. In the first room, a dark insect of an unknown type crawled across the bed; I photographed it and reported it to reception, who then gave me a new room. That room also had a dead insect and a hair on the bed, which I also photographed. I did not claim to know the insect species, only that it was what I saw. After these two incidents, I no longer felt safe staying there. I showed the photos to the front‑desk staff, who apologized and asked for my IBAN and BIC, which I provided. I have proof that I supplied those details, yet I never received a refund. It was already late, so I left and had to book another place at a much higher price. What disappointed me even more than the rooms was how my complaint was handled. The hotel director later refused to refund the €120 I paid and called me a “basically a no show” in his written reply, which I find hard to understand. I was physically present, checked in, received a room, complained in person, was given a second room, returned to reception with another complaint, showed the photographs, and gave my bank details. The director’s explanation that the conditions simply did not meet my “individual standards” was also surprising.

This was my fourth stay at the hotel. Each time I chose a different themed room, and this time it was Peter Henlein. The hotel is small but nice. Breakfast was the usual tasty fare. I enjoyed the welcome drink in the small outdoor area. I look forward to returning.
