I don't know what to say about the front‑desk lady—she was extremely rude and even called the police on us twice, so I won't stay here again, and probably not at any other Sonesta hotel; they also claimed we had paid for a balcony but then told us the balcony was already taken.

The staff were friendly, but I was extremely disappointed overall. The room looked unclean, with visible mold on the bed frame, curtains, and baseboards, making it feel unsanitary and uncomfortable. I kept all my luggage in the suitcase because I didn't feel safe unpacking it. The pool was smaller than I expected, and the property’s atmosphere felt unwelcoming. Homeless people gathered outside the front of the hotel, which made me feel unsafe at times. In short, the cleanliness, maintenance, and overall quality were far below my expectations, and I would not stay or recommend this place again until major improvements are made.
