The location was fantastic, the facilities were gorgeous, the food was lovely with a half‑board option, and the staff were first‑class; the pool was amazing, and honestly, there was nothing to complain about—everything was perfect.

The place was very good, but the understanding, cleanliness, and quality left something to be desired.

The hotel was very well maintained, the price/quality ratio was good, the staff were extremely friendly, and the location was excellent; we even received an upgrade from a standard room to a larger apartment, which we appreciated 🙂. The showers could use a small upgrade, as they didn’t always produce much water from the showerhead.

Every single staff member—from the doormen and porters at the entrance, to the reception staff in the lobby, and the room cleaners—was exceptionally friendly. The location is perfect and the value for money is great. This was my first time staying at this hotel in Dubai, and I will definitely return.
