We stayed in the house at the end of April. They turned on the heating just for us. The house itself was very warm, even had to turn off one radiator. There’s also a kitchen‑area AC, but we didn’t use it. The bathroom has heated floors. The shower cabin has a working radio, which was a pleasant surprise. The kitchen comes with an electric kettle, microwave, stove, extractor, and a small fridge. Included in the stay are tea, ground coffee, unsweetened cocoa, sugar, oil, vinegar, buckwheat, rice, oatmeal, chocolate corn balls, spaghetti, and salt. For an extra fee you can use capsules for the capsule coffee machine and there’s a paid “mini‑bar” in the fridge. Breakfast is included; you order it the day before for the next day and specify the time. Options are pancakes with meat, cheese pancakes, oatmeal with berry sauce, oatmeal with dried fruit, buckwheat with meatballs. Every day, along with breakfast, they brought 5 L of bottled water. Wet cleaning is offered daily if needed, or you can just ask to take out the trash. The kitchen has nice dishes (Krauff), all high quality (completely clean!), a grill grate, and the bathroom has a full‑size Rowenta hair dryer instead of a standard hotel dryer. The interior is maximally cozy. We had a house with a view of firs and mountains, and we saw deer twice. The terrace has a table, chairs, and a garland for a cozy atmosphere. Our house didn’t have a washing machine, but you could wash clothes at reception. Special thanks to our administrator, she was very polite, attentive, and helped solve all issues. The property has a convenient BBQ area, swing, dining area, and a pool (though it wasn’t working during our dates). If the chance arises, we would gladly visit again. The water had a slightly specific smell, but it was only used for technical purposes and showers, so it didn’t really ruin the stay.

I recently had the chance to unwind in a serene oasis, far removed from the hustle and bustle of the city. The exceptional service and top-notch staff truly made my stay memorable, especially when they went the extra mile to ensure my comfort during a brief power outage. However, I did find the breakfast options to be somewhat limited in variety, and I would have appreciated a more diverse spread.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, where everything was spotless and tidy. The breakfasts were delicious and the service was top-notch, with friendly staff always ready to help. Overall, I was really impressed with my experience and would definitely recommend it to others.
