The hotel is very well run with extremely courteous staff, everything is spotless, and the location right by the harbor is beautiful; we rode our bikes and there was a secured area in the building, the breakfast was superb with good coffee, and the on‑site restaurant is absolutely recommended.

The reception was friendly and helpful, the food was good, and the site was peaceful, but the bedding quality needs improvement and the room service was fine but towel changes were insufficient.

The manager is very pleasant and professional and does her best, but she would need to pour a lot of money into renovating the whole hotel. The location is bad, not pleasant, just above a parking lot, and the oyster growers wake you up at 5:30 am. The room is old, the bathroom has a plastic door, the toilet is a Sanytrit type. We stayed only one of the six nights we had planned. On the night we arrived it was Music Festival Day; youngsters parked under our room, blasting music until midnight. No air‑conditioning, a light pole illuminating the parking next to the window, and the blinds and windows couldn’t be closed because of the heat. At €110 a night on Booking it’s outrageous.
