The view and the room were good, but the English was hard to understand and they didn’t get me.

The hotel is near the airport. We arrived at Xiamen Airport at midnight, and the front desk staff didn’t help us ask the taxi driver for a receipt because we don’t speak Chinese, so the hotel wouldn’t reimburse us.
