The location was fine and they offered complimentary coffee and tea, but the pictures were misleading; we got a room with a broken air conditioner, they moved us to another room, yet there were cockroaches in the bathroom that came out of the shower, the balcony door wouldn’t open because the AC was outside, the heat was scorching and the noise was loud, the pool was literally a drain, and the facilities were old.

The location was great, with plenty of restaurants nearby and the ferry just a few steps away, but the room had cockroaches and smelled very damp—my sinusitis was aggravated, so I had to switch hotels.

The location was very good, the room was quiet, the staff were friendly, the beds and air conditioning worked well, but the building needs a lot of maintenance, the shower head has no curtain so you get soaked, and the lock doesn’t feel very secure (nothing actually happened).
