Breakfast was fine, but the people around had no idea how loud they were, talking loudly and I didn’t notice the hotel staff intervened; the TV wasn’t working properly and there was no outlet next to the bed, which would be a big convenience for a phone.

The location is good, the cleaning is excellent, breakfast is simple but adequate, you can schedule a delivery to your room and they’re punctual, and the team (João and Bernadete) are charming and very polite; the Wi‑Fi was a bit spotty, but moving my laptop near the door gave me a strong signal.

The setting is very safe and quiet, surrounded by upscale retirement homes. The owner delivers a decent continental breakfast into the room and is very kind. However, the location isn’t central and the roads are bumpy; they’re paved but have been repaired many times.

The room was spotless, which was a relief, but the rest of the stay left a lot to be desired. Breakfast was basically a cup of coffee with a single sugar packet, a slice of bread, a powdered juice drink and one piece of fruit. The hotel shut its doors from noon to two, and the staff made it clear it catered to business guests, so families felt unwelcome. On top of that the Wi‑Fi was weak and the air‑conditioning rattled loudly.

From the moment I walked in the staff were attentive and the rooms felt comfortable, delivering exactly what was promised. Everything—from the check‑in to the bed quality—was solid, making the stay pleasant overall.
