The beach was right on our doorstep, which was amazing - we loved being able to walk along the shore whenever we wanted. However, the place itself could use a bit of a refresh, like new outside furniture instead of the rusty old chairs, and some matching duvets would be nice. Dusty surfaces and no china bowls didn't exactly feel luxurious. Overall, it felt like the property just needed some TLC to really make it shine.

Cleanliness was definitely a highlight - everything was spotless when we arrived. That said, there were a few issues that brought things back down to earth, like the fridge not closing properly and radiators that were rusty and leaking. The kitchen tap and toilet seats also had some problems. Still, it's clear the place has potential if a few bits and bobs get fixed.

Our caravan was really clean and nice, which was a great start to our stay. We did have a bit of a hiccup with the boiler, but luckily it was sorted out in just 10 minutes. The sea view was lovely, although we did notice there was a fair bit of horse poop around - not ideal. Still, it was a nice spot and the caravan itself was good.

This place had everything we needed for a quick weekend getaway, which was great. The only downside was that there were portable heaters in the hallway that seemed unnecessary and were just getting in the way. Other than that, it was pretty good.

The location was fantastic - we loved being so close to the beach, and access to it was a breeze. There wasn't really anything that didn't work for us, so that's a good sign, right?
