The location is super central. Nothing else.

The address was wrong on the booking, so we ended up walking three times around Madrid with two kids and a high sun. A truly bad experience from the start! We called and spoke to someone who guided us to the correct address, even though we had been given two other addresses. This should be more visible, and when I booked the hotel it had a different name. They changed the name on the day. The place was okay, but with the history and the poor description from the beginning I will never book here again.

The location is amazing, everything is within walking distance. Check‑in was easy and the staff communicated well. The facilities were clean and well maintained. It was very hot for us, the ceiling fan wasn’t enough. We had to leave the windows open, which also meant a lot of street noise.
The staff were attentive and friendly, answering everything quickly.

The location is great and the room was clean. The communication is HORRIBLE. I tried to contact the owners via booking but never got a reply, same with e‑mails. They use multiple numbers which makes contacting them by phone complicated. It also takes VERY long to get a reply. The day we had to check in we got a huge text with lacking information which resulted in us not being able to get into the room. When we called we got no reply and when they finally texted back they told me they are only available until 23:00 even though everywhere they market themselves as 24h available.
