The hotel sits right on the main road into Sibiu, which makes getting to the city center a breeze—just hop on an Uber. The rooms are roomy and, even though they’re on the main road, they’re surprisingly quiet. The only downside was the limited motorcycle parking; we had to consider the sister hotel across the street for a spot.

The hotel is absolutely low‑grade. It’s located on the main road and only has about three parking spots at the entrance, which is a minor issue. When we arrived, the lobby was closed, dim, and we had to call someone to get it open. There’s no elevator and the stairwell was dark. The room smelled like a sewer, had torn towels, mold and mildew in the shower, a ruffled carpet, and a broken bed. There was no air conditioning, and the linens were torn and stinky. The staff were a nightmare.

Close to the center, but the room had old appliances and the hair dryer might be broken.
