“Horrible”

We had zero positives. The staff was rude and the place was a disaster. The couple we were traveling with killed a cockroach the size of a mouse in their room. My husband went to use the restroom, flushed, and the water overflowed. Then a cucumber came up out of the toilet drain. I don't want to know why. We booked a King room, got a double. Booked a smoking room, it was non‑smoking. When the front desk was confronted about the condition of the room the response was “I can put you on the bad side of the hotel.” I thought we were already there. Apparently it got a lot worse.

“Gross. Should have taken photos but didn’t.”

The location and the desk clerk were pleasant. The sink wouldn’t drain. The handles were falling off the shower and the curtain was mildewed badly—too gross to even shower. There was no hair dryer, which should be in every hotel/motel room. We couldn’t shower. We paid for a KING and got a QUEEN without a sorry about that. Unsatisfactory at best.

It was a smoking room. The hotel was nasty and had roaches. They said I would get a refund on my card, but didn’t. I will never book here again.

“Overall amazing staff, clean rooms, and just minutes away from everything!”

The location was just minutes away from food, grocery stores, gas stations, Malibu Jacks and a ton more! Very friendly staff made sure we had everything we needed plus more! Will definitely stay again. Overall, they could have made sure we had rooms together because we were on opposite ends of the property. Some of the vending machines did not work. But would definitely stay again!

“A little love and cleaning would go a long way.”

The location and the pool. The dirty room. Our socks literally were black from floor. AC ran but didn’t cool the room. Overall needed a deep cleaning. Didn’t even offer any type of discount. Went out and bought 2 Fans ourselves
