The facilities were good and the staff friendly, but the price-to-quality ratio was lacking; towels should have been included for that cost. Breakfast was quite sparse, and the domes were too close together, leaving no privacy.

What can I say? The place is gorgeous, just like the photos, and the staff were incredibly kind, similar to everywhere else in Chile. The only downside was the lack of hanging spots and furniture—just a small table with two chairs; a dresser or even a few hooks would have sufficed.

Breakfast was delicious, with a view of volcano Llaima and the dome overlooking nature. A shelf or something to put things on would have been nice.

Breakfast was good, maybe missing juice, but the kitchen girls were very friendly. When we arrived there was no adult to greet us, only a very nice and kind child.
